Due to worldwide stock issues stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, controllers are made on an as available basis. Once you purchase your controller or console, your controller or console is made on a first come first serve basis. We purchase controllers as the orders are placed. This means with stock shortages it may take longer to receive your controller or console, as it is taking longer for us to get our hands on the controllers or consoles as well!

***TIMELINE & CANCELLATIONS:

Controllers are made on a first come first serve basis. This means we work down our order list one by one and make them in the order in which they are received. At times of high order volume it may take up to 12 weeks to receive your order from the time it was placed. Order CANNOT be cancelled after 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order please let us know IMMEDIATELY. You will not receive a cancellation or refund for not reading our policy before placing your order. We order supplies weekly as we receive orders, and will NOT cancel your order once those supplies are ordered.
